What does the term "golf ball easement" mean?

Some of The Clubs condos and portions of the common areas are immediately adjacent to Thousand Hills golf course. A golf ball easement allows guests and owners a non-exclusive easement over, across and upon the common elements in order to play golf.

What utilities are included in the association dues at The Club?

The Club homeowners association dues include trash service. Other association services include outdoor swimming pool, lawn and landscaping, and snow removal. Condo owners are responsible for electric, water, sewer, and cable/internet services.
