Do the gates stay open during the day?

The Stonebridge Village front entry gates remain closed at all times. Access requires an entry code.

Do the condos have a non-smoking building rule? Which areas of the complex are non-smoking?

Smoking is restricted in many community areas, including common spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells. However, it is permitted on condo owners' balconies and patios. To ensure a clean and healthy environment, designated smoking zones are provided away from common areas and entrances.

Does the clubhouse have meeting space for a conference or family event?

Yes, with up to 2,500 square feet of meeting space, Stonebridge Village offers a variety of options for hosting private events, both large and small.

Who would you recommend contacting , assuming you don't do this ,to sell a villa timeshare in Stonebridge Village

When are the annual property owners association meetings held?

The annual meeting is held in May of each year at a date, time, and place to be determined by the Board of Directors.

indoor pools???

No indoor swimming pools available. The outdoor pools are located at the clubhouse and Forest Lake pavilion. They are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day annually.

There are both HOA & COA fees listed on most Stonebridge properties. They list the exact same things for what they cover. Do the condo owners pay for both? Looks like one is $165/mo & the other was $195/mo.

All Stonebridge Village properties have homeowner association (HOA) dues. This fee covers all community amenities on site, e.g., swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness gym, common area maintenance, etc. Regardless of if you own a condo, home, or vacant lot, you pay this fee.

In addition, condos and villas have condo owner association (COA) dues. Depending on which type of property, this fee may cover additional amenities, yard service, landscape, etc.

According to Stonebridge Village restrictions, "No animal, other than (2) normal household pets, each of less than 25 pounds, or (1) generally recognized household pet that weighs less than 40 pounds, shall be permitted to be kept in each condominium unit".

We currently live in a Condo here but just got notified that the owner wants to sell . We love Stonebridge so much and want desperately to stay here . We are both Veterans and retired Military and Seniors . We are looking to rent a unit ! We would be so grateful to find someone to help us . Can the townhouses on Cedar Ridge Way in Stonebridge Village be used for vacation nightly rental? We travel a lot and want to rent it out when we're not in Branson. Thank you

The townhouses on Cedar Ridge Way are restricted from vacation rental. I'll email you a link to all Stonebridge Village properties currently for sale available to short-term lease while not in personal use.

Can you lease out condo on your own or must go through resort management?

There are no restrictions on who you may use for short term vacation rental property management. Stonebridge Village condo owners may lease property on their own, onsite leasing services, or through a third party manager.

Yes! There are (3) tennis courts in Stonebridge Village. They are located next to the clubhouse, fitness gym, swimming pool, and golf course.

Trash service is included in the monthly condo owner association dues, but water is not.

do those condos come with a garage and do they make for good nightly rental investments?

Yes, there are many Stonebridge Village condos that include a single car garage. That's what helps make them so popular! In addition, the homeowner association allows short term vacation rentals for condos. Plus, there's a host of great community amenities available, so it's a wonderful place for vacation use, rental investment or full time residence.

Is the golf course at Stonebridge public or private only? What are the fees? Thank you

The Ledgestone Championship golf course at Stonebridge Village Resort is open to the public. The golf course is generally open 7 days a week. As of today, the current rate to play is $80 for 18 holes with cart. In addition, there are several annual memberships options available for Stonebridge Village property owners and non-residents.
