Hi Mr Gerken, are there any developments near Branson or going North to Springfield, that are exclusively for tiny homes? I'm aware these exist in other States, ie Texas. Can you tell me what the average construction costs are per SqFt today? Thanks!

While there are some areas in Missouri where tiny homes are becoming more popular, there aren't many developments near Branson or on the way to Springfield that are exclusively for tiny homes.
